This month, the remarkable vision of Ben Bush & Raechel Barone becomes a reality with the opening of On The Rise Bakery in its spectacular new location just next to Volunteer's Green.
In addition to the expanded menu, the organic garden and the awesome wood fired brick oven, On The Rise will also double as the site of a multi-media arts and performance space.

Late 2001: I leave the theatre after seeing David Lynch’s latest film, Mullholland drive… I am Astonished. I had been a fan for a while, but Mullholland was the first Lynch film I saw on the big screen, and it was a strange and wonderful experience.

Bubble, the new film by Sex, Lies, and Video Tape, and Ocean’s 11 director Steven Soderbergh, is causing quite a stir in the film industry. Bubble is the first film to have a virtually simultaneous release in theatres, on DVD, and on pay-per-view television.
