Thanks to the Business people of Bridge Street for planting barrels of flowers to decorate the streets.
It is a wonderful effort to beautify the downtown, led by Christina Landensack of the Crimson Poppy, with planting help from Laura Lacillade of Stargazer Gifts.
Marvin Carpenter of Bridge Street Cafe installed an outdoor hose for easy watering. All the merchants chipped in to the project. We can all appreciate the flowers this summer as we shop along our wonderful downtown.
All the bright flowers and flower boxes make downtown Richmond a friendly place to shop.
