 The previous vote on the Impact Fee was validated.
Congratulations Richmond, a decision has been made.
Anyone attending the meeting is free to update this document.
Apparently, voters overwhelmingly supported the notion to allow an old vote to stand.
The major descrepancy... a typo in the paper had some questioning the legitimacy of the original vote.
