Contributed by: Bryan

OutdoorsRichmond Film Fest 2006 is in full gear. This year's festival takes place on Friday nights at the Volunteer Green and has alternate rain location inside the library.

UPDATE: www.myrichmondvt.com/filmfest

There will be plenty of information available soon, so please keep checking in.

This year we will feature an 80's flashback theme.

Friday August 4 - The Goonies
Friday August 11 - One Crazy Summer
Friday August 18 - Stand by Me.

Extra Special Thanks to PCC, Farrell Chiropractic, Fleischer Jacobs Group, and Richmond's own Marvin Carpenter at Bridge Street Cafe.

Please support these sponsors as they help us provide you with Richmond's own Free Film Festival!

Why not add these dates to the calander- so it will not look so blank :-)

Great idea.

Simply put, we are trying to post immediate content so that we can get the word out on the "front and center" portion of the site. We shall migrate that to the calander too.

You comments are appreciated and serves as a subtle reminder that we need to do a better job.

Thanks for the support.

I don't know if anyone realizes how nice it is for these volunteers to create this film festival.

Thanks to you and all of the sponsors. Richmond is a great town and energy like yours should be recognized.
