The First Night of the Richmond Film Fest was a complete success. With more than 200 people showing up, we need to offer thanks.

We watched movies, raised money for the library, and ate good food thanks to both On The Rise (and their portable brick oven pizza) and Vermont Green Grocer.

It is important to mention that Vermont Green Grocer, as well as On the Rise, continually need support from the community in order to survive and flourish. Here were two relative newcomers who selflessly gave their time and a portion of their proceeds to support the town.... PLEASE, Please do your part to show support in return.

Next Friday, we are showing One Crazy Summer with John Cusack and Demi Moore. This has got to be one of the all-time greatest/wacky movies. For those who love it, we know you'll be there and for those who haven't seen it and are ready fro stupid and relatively wholesome laughs... come on out.
