The Richmond Planning Commission has completed a draft of the 2007 Town Plan and will be holding its public hearing on November 1, 2006.

Copies of the proposed updates are available from the Town Planning and Zoning office, or from the Richmond Website at http://planning.richmondvt.com/

Following this hearing, the Planning Commission will make any necessary final amendments and then forward the draft 2007 Town Plan to the Selectboard (per 24 VSA 2384(f)). The Selectboard is required to hold two public hearings before the Proposed 2007 Town Plan is voted on by Australian ballot on Town Meeting Day 2007.
